Short Bio
Yan Yang is a fourth-year PhD student at the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, advised by Prof. Ya-xiang Yuan. Before this, he received the Bachelor degree (2022) in mathematics at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. His current research focuses on low-rank optimization, bilevel optimization, and Riemannian optimization.
